Sponsorship packages we provide offer the following benefits:
Sponsor logos and details on conference brochures which are mailed to targeted, named individuals. Numbers vary by conference, but a mailing of about 10,000 is typical.
Exhibition space at the conference and complimentary passes to the event allowing networking and promotional opportunities for your organisation and staff.
Sponsor details with web link placed on the specific conference page of Laing & Buisson’s website.
Mailing details of attendees prior to event, if required, and copies of the conference brochure for your use.
The range of sponsorship opportunities we offer includes:
Sole Sponsorship - the premium sponsorship package offering exclusive lead sponsorship.
Joint Sponsorship - sponsorship shared by more than one company.
Hospitality Packages - the opportunity to host either lunch, dinner or a post-conference cocktail party.
Further sponsorship packages and hospitality functions can be arranged to suit individual requirements. Laing & Buisson conferences also offer a limited number of exhibition stands, inserts in the delegate folders and so on.
